Return and exchange

Returns and exchanges include all items except:

1. Electronic devices, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item.
2. Item that include a discount or sold out during the offers period
3. Underwear, and tight biker clothing that touches the skin directly, for health reasons, and to maintain the safety of our customers.
4. It is possible to return or exchange if the item is in the same original condition when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
5. We apologize for returning or exchanging any product that has been used or damaged as a result of misuse.
6. Return within three (3) days and exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order.
7. Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
8. In the event of return or exchange, the shipping cost is on the buyer if it is not our fault, and it will be deducted from the refund amount, and if the shipment is not received, the buyer will bear the shipping fee and it will be deducted from the refund amount.

Immediate replacement for defective devices

We replace the device with a manufacturer defect (not software) within three (3) days from the date of purchase according to the following conditions:

1. The device must be free from scratches or misuse.
2. Bring the original box with all accessories and manuals inside.
3. A report from the authorized service agent may be required before the replacement process.
