How and when are refunds credited to my account?

Refunds are made in accordance with the store's returns and cancellation policy. The amounts are processed as soon as the store registers the return or cancellation request, and Tabby begins the process of returning the amounts to you.

- If the refund amount is less than the remaining amounts, the remaining amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

- If the refund amount is greater than the remaining amounts, the remaining payments will be canceled and the remaining amount will be returned accordingly.

How long does it take for refunds?

- In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the amount is returned to the card used in the payment process and this takes 10 days and 21 days in the case of mada cards.

- In Kuwait and Bahrain, the amount will be returned to your Tabby wallet and can be used to pay for your next purchases with Tabby.
