SRAM's entry into the world of 1x 11-speed groups. The GX1 rear derailleur incorporates the same technologies as the top derailleur, including the improved Type 2.1 (Roller Bearing Clutch) rear derailleur for smoother, cleaner running of the chain.
The rear derailleur parallelogram perfectly matches the gradation of the 10-42 cassette, providing fast and accurate gear changes across the entire range.
The 12-tooth roller pulleys with the X-Sync tooth profile improve the chain guidance. Through the X-Actuation, the switching processes across the entire width of the cassette are constant and precise. Furthermore, the rear derailleur for the simplest impeller replacement is equipped with the already known Cage-Lock system.
