Exchange and return policy
At Rider Bicycle, we are keen on our customers' satisfaction and provide a flexible exchange and return policy according to the following conditions:
Exchange or Return Period:
The customer has the right to exchange or return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions for Accepting Exchange or Return:
Present the original purchase invoice.
The item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with full packaging and accessories).
Returns or exchanges of opened, used, or damaged products after purchase are not accepted.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
Underwear and personal products after use
Spare parts and accessories after opening the packaging or installation
Products purchased during promotional periods and discounts, except in the case of a manufacturing defect
Fees and Discounts:
Shipping fees and any service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refund Method:
- The amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days depending on the bank.
